Although hair is a category that is generally non-returnable, we offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions.

Conditions:
• Request must be made within 7 working days of receiving your order
• Hair must be in the exact same condition as received
• Rubber bands must remain in place
• Hair that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged
